  • We currently ship within the UK, Europe and selected countries worldwide (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand). If your country is not on the list, please contact us for further help.
  • All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time. Shipments normally take 3-6 business days, please allow extra shipping time for international orders.
  • Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and is the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office directly prior to placing the order.
  • Once your order is received by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are non-refundable and final.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable items.

We aim to be really fast at processing and shipping your order, so please note that once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation email, it may not be possible to make any changes to your order, however, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
