WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship within the UK, Europe and most countries worldwide. If your country is not on the list, please contact us for further help.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Shipping options may vary depending on the value and weight of your basket.

UK DELIVERY: We offer both Standard (2 -3 business days) and Tracked Next Day (1 business day) delivery.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY: We offer Standard (4-6 business days) Tracked delivery. Please note: Shipments to Italy can currently take up to 14 business days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: We offer Standard (7-10 business days) Tracked delivery.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING BE?

Shipping costs vary depending on the location, value and the weight of the item(s) in your basket.

Therefore we advise that you proceed to the checkout, where shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For some UK orders, you will have the choice to choose standard (non-tracked) or Tracked delivery. If your order is of higher value, or your order qualifies for free shipping (valid on orders over £50) Tracked delivery will be automatically selected.

All European & International orders are sent with Tracked delivery.

Tracking information for all orders will become available once your parcel is dispatched from our studio.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

The Inspired Stories accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

We use a third-party payment processor, we do not store a record of your card or personal information.

CAN I SEND A GIFT DIRECTLY?

Yes, of course! If you would like your order sent directly to the recipient then just ensure your select their address as the 'Delivery Address' when placing your order.

If you'd like to let us know this is a gift, simply drop us a line in the note section at the checkout.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a gift wrap service. However we can assure you that all items are wrapped individually, and extreme care is taken with every product to ensure it arrives beautifully.

If you would like to include a handwritten gift note, simply leave your personal request at the checkout and we will include this in the parcel.

WILL YOU MAKE PERSONALISATION REQUEST EXPECTION?

We will always do out best to accommodate your personalisation requests. However we set a character limit as we cannot guarantee.

If you have a unique request or question regarding personalisation, please drop us an email and we'll be happy to help where possible.

HOW DO I Return My Item(s)?

We believe you will love our products, however, should you have to, you can return unpersonalised the items within 14 days of receipt. We advise you use the tracked shipping method for any returns, and please note that buyers are responsible for any return postage costs.
